Refund Policy

For quality and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food products once they have left our care. This ensures that every customer receives tea that is fresh, uncompromised, and handled with the highest standards of quality.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@emeraldleafmatcha.ca within 7 days of receiving your item, including your Order # and a description (with photos, if possible). Our team will gladly provide a refund or replacement for damaged items so you can enjoy your tea experience.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.

  • Final Sale Items: All matcha products
